Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Statement

 

Hoodland Women’s Club is committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment for all.

 

Hoodland Women’s Club does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, gender expression, age, national origin, disability, marital status, sexual orientation, military status, or any additional marginalized identity in any of its activities or operations.

 

Hoodland Women’s Club recognizes a moral and legal responsibility to provide an environment for members, contractors, customers, and visitors that is free from harassment and promotes inclusion and acceptance.

 

Hoodland Women’s Club is committed to intentionally increasing diversity, equity, and inclusion education for its members, and commits to providing an annual DEI presentation at a general meeting.

 

Hoodland Women’s Club considers discrimination and harassment as unacceptable behavior that will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Reports of discrimination or harassment will be investigated promptly and confidentially by the Executive Board.
